BUTTERFIELD GARDENS

Bret Burgess, President of Burgess Construction, was looking for an agency that could help him create promotional materials that captured the essence and beauty of Butterfield Gardens, a social community for 55+ active adults. Bret had tried hiring previous designers to create an identity, but had not found the specific look and brand envisioned. Pixel IQ was up for the challenge and promised a Brand Identity package, website and marketing materials to build upon the new community’s awareness.

Butterfield Gardens is Burgess Development Group's premier development, catering to the age group of 55+ and providing residents with a new way of living in order to enjoy all the rewards of retirement or semi-retirement.

Butterfield Gardens Logo Pixel IQ's strategy began with research. Through several meetings and visits to the community, Pixel IQ carefully listened to the client's needs and visions regarding brand. Once the research provided clear direction, the conceptual design process started. The new Butterfield Gardens logo concept was developed and approved. Once the logo was established, all print and web design concepts came easy. Our goal was to keep a consistent image through all types of marketing communcations required.

Butterfield Gardens Website AN ONLINE INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE

Developing the Butterfield Gardens web site had two objectives. One was to provide visitors interested in the community with a way to experience the community. This was accomplished through carefully selected photography, testimonials, floor plans, home features, and inventory specifics. The second one was to allow the community easy access to the information relevant to their every-day lives. This was achieved by including an online calendar of events into the website and allowing synchronization of activities with the monthly news letter. The synchronized calendar would facilitate regular attendance of social gatherings and community events by the community members.

TRACKING AND MEASURING SUCCESS

After delivering multiple designs, Butterfield Gardens had all the promotional marketing items requested. Expectations were exceeded by capturing the true spirit and beauty of the community. Bret shares his thoughts through our creative project exerience and states: "Since Butterfield Garden's conception, Burgess Development Group has worked with companies on trying to properly align our logo and identity with our communitt’s message. We fell short each time. Pixel IQ was successful because they listened to our needs, researched the market, and utilized their creative knowledge to develop the Butterfield image while paying specific attention to details needed in branding an active adult community."
